At the Staff Homepage, click Add a New Staff Member OR click Add Staff Member from the Actions / Activities menu.
At the Add a New Staff Member page: Basic Information:
Type information in the various fields: First name: , Last name: , Title: , Email Addr: , etc. (most are optional)
for a Small Photo, click the Browse... button and locate the photo to use; photo will be displayed under the staff member's name and email address in the staff member's profile
Biographical information can also be added and will be displayed under the photo space in the staff member's profile. If a teacher has a webpage to which you want to link, you can create a hyperlink in this space.
Click save at the bottom of the page
Click the Assignment tab, and assign the new staff member to Location: [your building] and Department: [choose from the drop down list].
Qualifications
To add a staff member's degrees and qualifications, click the Qualifications tab. Type...
Degree:
Institution: (where the degree was earned)
Ordering Number: (determines in what order the degrees are listed; the smaller the number the higher it appears on the list)
Click save
Assignments
To add an Assignment other than a title in the default drop-down menu (Assistant Principal, Faculty, etc), first create departments in School Building Management > Building Details > Building Departments. Then...
Select a Building Assignment from the drop-down list
Select a Department from the drop-down list
Click save
You can also Bulk Import new staff members.
Click Staff Bulk Import
Follow the screen instructions.
Bulk importing does not affect existing staff members. Follow the directions below to edit existing staff members.
Edit an Existing Staff Member
At the Staff Homepage:
Select your building from the drop-down list, then click Go
Select the staff member from the list and click Edit

Type staff member's name in Staff Name Quick Search, then click Go
Select Staff Management.
